Welcome to the CertaOne™ App (the “App”) which is offered by Certa ProPainters, Ltd. (“CertaPro”, “we” or “us”).

Acceptance of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the App. Please review this Privacy Policy carefully before use of the App. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the App. Your use of the App will be deemed to be your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Types of Information We Collect

When you register with us and use the App, you generally provide your email address, user name, password and other registration information. You may also be required to provide information to verify that you have the necessary authorizations to use the App and its services.  

The App collects information that you enter into our system, including any estimates, customer data, photographs, videos, job updates and other information.

The App may collect precise real time information about the location of your mobile device. The App may also collect location information that you enter into our system.

The App may collect certain information automatically, including the type of mobile device you use, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the types of Internet browsers you use and information about the way you use the App.

Use of Your Information by Certa Pro®

We use the information that is collected from your use of the App to provide the services that you request. We may also use the information you provide us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions. We may also use the information you provide us to monitor or improve the use of the App.

Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the App and our service. We will share your information with third parties only as follows:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; and
• With our service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children. We do not use the App to knowingly solicit data from or market to children.

We are concerned about the safeguarding the confidentiality of all information that is collected from the App. We incorporate reasonable safeguards to protect the information that we process and maintain. Please be aware that although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information that we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. Our security policies and procedures are reviewed periodically and revised as appropriate.

Opt Out

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

From time to time, we may change this privacy policy to accommodate new technologies, industry practices, regulatory requirements or for other purposes. You are advised to check this privacy policy regularly, as continued use is deemed to be approval of and consent to all such changes.
